Subject to no further government restrictions to those we are asked to adhere to at the present time, it is hoped we shall have a return visit of Pauline and Ian Jepps who will lead our service on Sunday 11th October.
I have for the past fifteen years or so had the support of church members in organising the collection of funds for the Leprosy Mission. Normally I have asked contributors to let me have their boxes leading to our Mission Sunday.
In view of current restrictions imposed on us by the coronavirus and government restrictions I have withheld the contact with donors and have decided that it is best to leave the collection of boxes for the time being unless any donor is anxious to give their donations box which I shall collect from their home, or rhyme wish to hand that box to me at the Mission Sunday service.
