On Sunday 18 April Reigate Park and Moat churches joined with us via Zoom and YouTube in a service that focussed on what is being done and what we can do to support the appeal. We had an insight into the work of the Leprosy Mission in Mozambique from Natalie Gibbs who was Reuben Watts predecessor as the URC Youth Moderator and now works for the Leprosy Mission
Due to time constraints the Elders approved a donation from church funds of £300 that will benefit from match funding by HMG and become £600 for the Leprosy Mission. If you wish to make a personal donation you can do so directly to the Leprosy Mission or to me by cheque payable to Redhill URC or an online banking payment Any personal payments via the church will be offset against the initial £300 donation with any surplus also going to the Leprosy Mission. Donations received by the Leprosy Mission after 24 April will not be match funded by HMG
Please note that we are currently planning to hold our annual fundraising event in Oct in support of the work, specifically in Nepal, of the Leprosy Mission
