Zoom is the programme of the year. Suddenly something that was unknown a few months ago has become ubiquitous. Through Zoom, all sorts of people can meet and see one another on line. This past week I have had half a dozen zoom meetings, including coffee mornings with people from Moat and Redhill. For these meetings, I have been the host and invited lots of members into the programme. It has been part successful; while we were able to ‘meet’ those from other parts of the country and some from abroad too, we have had some attempting to ‘enter’ and failing. As we use this Zoom more, I am convinced we will improve on what we can do. I have been speaking to a number of friends who are now old hands at this and they have offered me advice and a few tricks.
