Please pray for the congregations at Redhill and East Grinstead. We remember and pray for those struggling at present with loneliness, illness and bereavement. We pray especially for Beattie and Rita, and both families, as they come to terms with the loss of Godfrey and Brian. Godfrey’s funeral is to be held at 12.45 on Friday 2nd July at Redhill URC.
We give thanks for the team of members from Redhill who led worship at Moat, especially Bill who preached and Mary who played her flute. How marvellous that one of the many fruits from me being minister at both churches is a closer relationship between the two fellowships. We pray too for the other churches and denominations in Redhill and for the unity that might be possible amongst us.
Please join me and others from both churches on Monday morning at 9 for a time of prayer and reflection that does not last more than about 25 minutes. You are all very welcome.
